RunSignUp – The Site uses Run Sign Up to collect and process registration and credit card payments.
Why it is collected: This information is necessary for event registration, for race scoring, and to contact you.
What is collected: During event registration, your name, address, gender, birthdate, telephone number, emergency contact information, email address, occupation, industry, shirt size and payment information is collected.
In addition, you have the option of giving us permission to send your email address to AACR if you wish to be added to their mailing list.

MailChimp – We use MailChimp to manage registration email communications.
Why is it collected: We collect registration information from Run Sign Up and transfer to MailChimp for email distribution.
What is collected: Name, city, state, country, county, email address, year, and event participation are collected from Run Sign Up and transferred over to MailChimp.

Why is it collected: Information used at registration is used for timing purposes for race participants.
What is collected: This information includes age, city, state, and gender, and can be provided to appropriate media outlets.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our Site.

If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try and resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed upon mediator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
BroadStreetRun.com is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Pennsylvania. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
