Team Philly Race Training

This year join Team Philly Race Training led by three-time Top 5 Blue Cross Broad Street Run finisher Ross Martinson. This 10-week program is geared toward beginning and experienced runners alike. It includes a complete training manual, coach-led runs on Kelly Drive, an interactive group website, guaranteed race registration, a Dri-FIT "Team Philly" T-shirt, freebies, discounts, and more!


The training program is powered by three local Philly companies: Fusion Cross-training, Excel Physical Therapy and Fitness, and Philadelphia Runner. Each organization brings its special expertise, resources and services to this comprehensive and unparalleled program including: running coaching and advice on proper gear/apparel, fitness cross-training and strength conditioning, and injury prevention and treatment.


The 10-week Team Philly Race Training program starts on February 15.
